My dream of becoming a pilot came true when Turkish Airlines provided me with the required conditions. Once I completed my training, I started to work as a First Officer at Turkish Airlines, which is the pioneer airline of Turkey in the international platform. Turkish Airlines supports young people who want to achieve their dreams and offers a multi-cultural working environment. It makes me proud to be a part of this great organization.

It feels superb and exciting to work at Turkish Airlines. Just like Turkey, this airline is also very diverse, culturally rich, colorful, vibrant, and dynamic. There is an on-going learning every day. Communication is very open amongst management and employees.

Turkish Airlines has given me the chance to discover new ways and new methods in my business and social life. I have become very motivated and I always try to give the best as much as I can, thanks to Turkish Airlines’ flexibility and tolerance. We are one team and there is no difference between one another. 
I would like to say that Turkish Airlines is a movement and not an organization, and we all belong to this movement. I wish more success and prosperity to our company.
