Do I need to provide tools (laptop or internet access etc.) for online assessment?
Although the assessment processes are conducted online you are still required to be present in the office you are applying for at the time of the assessment.
How long does it take to receive the results of the assessment process?
The results of the assessment process are usually announced in a few weeks. However, this period might take longer depending on the number of the candidates.
What should you expect during the job interview?
Interviews usually lasts 20 to 30 minutes. We ask resume based questions to know the candidate better by giving him/her the chance to describe himself/herself. We then proceed to questions regarding the professional life such as; responsibilities in previous jobs, strengths and weaknesses.
Is citizenship or work permit mandatory to apply for international positions?
It is obligatory to hold a work permit in the country you applied for,valid for at least one year.
Is the work schedule fixed for international positions?
The work schedule for office positions is fixed in accordance with the countries labor law. However, there is no fixed working hours for airport and airline operation positions; the shift plans change regularly. In general, there are early, middle and late shifts and sometimes night shifts under certain operational requirements.
What are the positions we can apply for?
There are various positions including Sales and Traffic Agent, Cargo Agent, Marketing Representative, Marketing Representatives for Corporate and Accountant.
What is the criteria for international positions?
Minimum high school graduation (2/4 years of university degree is preferred)
Permanent work permit in the respective country
Experience in civil aviation or tourism (min 1 year)
Good command of English and local language
Clear criminal record
Does Turkish Airlines provide assistance with the work permit process?
Turkish Airlines does not assist in obtaining a work permit. Candidates who do not hold a valid work permit in the country they apply for, are not eligible to attend the assessment process.

Turkish Airlines does not provide relocation package. Candidates are required to cover the expenses by their own means.
If I submit an application for an open position, will Turkish Airlines keep me on file?
We do keep candidates in the talent pool for future opportunities unless they make a written request to prevent the company from keeping the data.
Is it possible to relocate after commencing employment?
Relocation depends on human resources planning, holding a valid work permit and other conditions.
