We prepare flight attendance applicants to the job by providing them with mandatory technical training, applied courses, company policies and service concept trainings within the context of Basic Safety Training at Turkish Airlines Flight Training Center. We arrange flight programs, shifts and breaks of our cabin crew in accordance with the legislation of international and national civil aviation authorities. Our applicants who successfully complete their training, join our team after they get their flight certificates and complete their practice flights.

What processes do I go through after application?
All applicants are invited via SMS or e-mail to take an online English test. Those who pass the English test will undergo a document check. Applicants presenting the designated documents will be invited to go through height and weight measurement, tattoo-scar check and certain series of interviews.

When will I learn about my interview results?
Candidates will be contacted within 1-3 weeks after completing the assessment process.

How can I get information about the medical report?
The last step of the assesment process is medical assessment. Applicants are demanded to get a fit-to-fly report from medical centers authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation. How long does the cabin crew training take?
Cabin Crew trainings take around two months. Succesfull trainees will sign their contract and begin working as flight attendants at Turkish Airlines right after the end of the training
