Turkish Airlines is Looking for Disabled Employees!

Application Requirements

• Turkish citizen or blue card holder,
• No criminal record or criminal archive record,
• Born on or after 01.01.1994,
• A bachelor's degree graduate, preferably from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering Faculty departments of universities providing at least 4 years of education,
• To have and be able to certify a GPA of at least 65 in the percent grade or at least 2.50 in 4.0 scale,
*The candidates who graduated from universities abroad are required to submit YÖK Equivalence Certificate.
• Preferably at least 4 years and more experience in the related field,
• Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and has a health report showing a current and continuous disability of 40% and above, which can be considered within the scope of disabled employees as required by law,
• Able to adapt to the flow of active work in the office,
• Good command of English,
*English exams will be conducted by Turkish Airlines Inc.
• Not actively working in the affiliates of Turkish Airlines Inc.,
• Not having left jobs in other organizations due to indiscipline previously,
•  Not having left Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates due to contract termination previously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• Individuals who can successfully represent our Company and possess a strong sense of duty,
• Effective communicators who excel in teamwork,
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to take initiative when needed,
• Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, result-oriented, and have a good command of details,
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities,
• Open to learning and eager to improve themselves in this field.

Manner of Application and Evaluation Processes

• Our advertisement will remain online until 23:55 o’clock on Friday, February 28, 2025.
• Evaluation processes to be applied consist of; check of compliance with the advertisement criteria, online general abilities and English exam, video interview, online English interview, personality inventory and face-to-face HR and department technical interviews. Additional evaluation tools can be applied if needed.
• The working location is Istanbul.
• Working order is the normal order, and work is done in the office on weekdays.
• Among our candidates who successfully complete all evaluation processes, those with 0-4 years of experience will be employed as "Junior Responsible" and those with 4 years of experience or more will be employed as "Responsible".

• The suitability of the uploaded documents will be checked during the evaluation processes, and the candidates who meet the abovementioned requirements will be able to continue the process.     • Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record Document (the type of institution must be selected as “Official” on the “Criminal Record Inquiry” screen),
    • SSI Registration and Service Scheme (a barcoded document must be created by selecting the “SSI Registration and Service Scheme” field under the “SSI” heading). If you have a pension / bank chest service in the institution you are working for, you are expected to reflect this period in the SSI Registration and Service Document or upload it to the system as an additional document.
