What is Take-Off Jr.?

A talent program that opens the doors to the competitive, fast-growing and fun world of the aviation industry by offering new graduates or soon-to-be graduates the opportunity to have a strong start on their careers at Turkish Airlines!
Our talented and dynamic colleagues who participate in the evaluation processes through the Take-Off Jr. Program and successfully complete the processes become a member of our big family in a full-time working order.

Who Can Apply?

Everybody who meets the following requirements can apply: 
• Turkish citizen or blue card holder,
• Born on 01.01.1996 and later,
• Final year undergraduate student or recent graduate,
*Final year undergraduate students are expected to graduate by July 2023.
*The candidates who graduated from universities abroad are required to submit YÖK equivalence certificate.
• To have and be able to certify a GPA of at least 65 in the percent grade or at least 2.50 in 4.0 scale,
• Good command of English,
*English exams will be conducted by Turkish Airlines Inc.
• No Criminal Record or Criminal Archive Record,
• Not having left jobs in Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline previously,
• Not having left Turkish Airlines Inc. or Turkish Airlines Inc. affiliates due to contract termination previously,
• Attaching importance to communication and development, being able to produce new and applicable ideas, being prone to teamwork.

Manner of Application and Evaluation Processes

• You can apply for our advertisement until 23:55 o’clock on 05.06.2023, Monday.
• Evaluation processes consist of an online general abilities and English exam, video interview, group interview, personality inventory, English and Board interviews. Additional evaluation tools can be applied if needed.
• Places of work are Istanbul and Ankara.
• The working hours can vary according to the roles, in the form of normal working hours or shifts.
• Candidates who successfully complete all evaluation processes will be employed with the title of “Assistant Specialist”.

• The suitability of the uploaded documents will be checked during the evaluation processes, and the candidates who meet the abovementioned requirements will be able to continue the process. Therefore, in order to certify the requirements, our candidates are expected to upload their current documents listed below and to be obtained from the E-State to the “Resume Attachments” tab in our career portal, in PDF format.

        o Transcript,
        o Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record Document (the type of institution must be selected as “Official” on the “Criminal Record Inquiry” screen),
        o SSI Registration and Service Scheme (a barcoded document must be created by selecting the “SSI Registration and Service Scheme” field under the “SSI” heading).
