Junior Cabin Crew Announcement

We are looking for colleagues who wish to take part in the growth of our company as Cabin Crew Member with exceptional interpersonal skills, passion for service and an ability to work as part of a team.

General Requirements

•Turkish nationality (Blue cardholders are also eligible to apply.)
•Born between 01/01/1982 and 31/12/2004
•At least high school graduate. 
•Good command of English (Additional languages are advantage.)
•Having no Criminal Record and Criminal Archive Record 
•Not previously having left Turkish Airlines Inc or other organizations due to indiscipline, health problems or contract termination. 

Physical Conditions

•Height between 160 and 180 for female, 170 and 190 cm for male (Height-weight measurements are taken by Turkish Airlines or organization(s) to be determined by Turkish Airlines, and they must meet the ratios determined by our Company.) 
•No tattoo, piercing, burn or any scar, etc. on the visible parts of body. (Please refer to the diagram here. There must be no tattoo, piercing, burn or any scar, etc. on the white areas.) 
•The Cabin Crew Members are required to wear a uniform; please click here to examine the visual created in line with “Cabin Crew Uniform Use and Representation Manual”. 

Health Conditions

•Successful candidates will be asked to obtain a medical certificate, stating that their health conditions are suitable for flight, from the Aviation Medical Centers authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) before the start of employment.
•Additional tests and/or examinations may be requested from the candidates by Turkish Airlines worksite physicians within the framework of Turkish Airlines internal procedures, even if the candidate holds a fit-to-fly certificate given by the DGCA authorized Aviation Medical Center.
•Turkish Airlines is entitled to decide whether the candidate will be employed or not, even if the candidate holds a fit-to-fly certificate given by the DGCA authorized Aviation Medical Center. Candidates cannot claim any rights in cases of rejection.
•The candidates have to declare their medical history correctly (medication, surgery, congenital disorders, waist, neck disorders, kidney stone, injuries, diseases, etc.). The candidates found not to have declared any one of their past diseases may not challenge any later administrative proceedings. 
•Candidates’ medical history will be examined through the pre-employment medical assessments, and any attempt to hide important data will be detected, in case of which the medical assessment procedures will be put on hold until all the hidden data is revealed.

Application Method and Procedures to follow

•The candidates who meet the abovementioned requirements are expected to apply to the announcement only through Turkish Airlines' official website careers.thy.com. 
•The advertisement will remain online until adequate number of candidates are found.
•Applications of the candidates who do not meet the abovementioned requirements and those who apply through any channels but the internet shall be rejected.
•The candidates who become successful at the end of the entire process will be asked to prepare employment documents and health report. After their documents and medical reports are approved, they will pass to the training to be given by Turkish Airlines.

•Online English Test 
•Online Document Check
•English interview (conducted either in the assessment center or through online video Interview)
•Competence inventory
•Height & Weight Measurement and Tattoos and Scars check  
•Panel Interview
*Additional evaluation steps can be applied if needed.

Interview Processes will be held at the Turkish Airlines Human Resources Evaluation Center in Florya, Istanbul.

Attention! 
Candidates,

•Who have been dismissed from Turkish Airlines through termination of employment contract for any reason whatsoever,
•Who have previously participated in our employment process and have been;
        •Eliminated during height-weight measurement, 
        •Discovered to have made false statements in relation to the application requirements at any stage of application,
        •Discovered to have established verbal or written communications that include inappropriate statements against the company and company personnel at the previous recruitment stages s/he had participated in,

will not be allowed to apply for the Cabin Crew vacancy.

•Turkish Airlines cabin crew trainings last around two months and are conducted within the premises of Turkish Airlines Flight Academy, located in Istanbul, Turkey. Succesfull trainees will sign their contract and begin working as flight attendants at Turkish Airlines right after the end of the training.
