We prepare flight attendance applicants to the job by providing them with mandatory technical training, applied courses, company policies and service concept trainings within the context of Basic Safety Training at Turkish Airlines Flight Training Center. We arrange flight programs, shifts and breaks of our cabin crew in accordance with the legislation of international and national civil aviation authorities. Our applicants who successfully complete their training, join our team after they get their flight certificates and complete their practice flights.

Our cabin crew is such a strong unit that can manage to uphold the same high occupational standards in their every flight. Our flight attendants are always decent, elegant, friendly, kind, empathetic, calm, people-oriented individuals, who are able to make decision in harsh situations and have high potential to be team players. Therefore, we prepare our cabin crew to be able to handle emergencies even before they start their duties and during their careers by providing extensive trainings. Being a flight attendant at Turkish Airlines means having utmost discipline. One should not forget that being a flight attendant, which provides the opportunity to travel to many places around the world, has higher responsibility levels and different working standards compared to many other lines of work. It vastly differs from other lines of work in regards of working hours, periods, conditions and opportunities. That is why, we provide an extensive training to our applicants during their “Basic Safety Training” and teach them the necessities of flight safety and details of in cabin service.
